Changing an appointment
Call 0403 171 348 or email hello@geeksnearme.com.au. A requested change takes effect once we confirm the new arrangement.
Call-out fee and 24-hour cancellation
The call-out fee is prepaid. Cancel at least 24 hours before your confirmed appointment for a full refund of the call-out fee. For cancellation less than 24 hours beforehand, the call-out fee is non-refundable, subject to applicable consumer rights. The cutoff uses the confirmed appointment time, not the preferred time requested online.
Please contact us as early as possible to request rescheduling. We will explain any applicable charges before you approve a revised booking.
Parts and third-party costs
Approved parts, software, subscriptions, delivery charges or other third-party costs already ordered or incurred may be non-refundable to the extent the supplier does not permit a refund.
If we need to change the booking
If we cannot attend as planned, we will contact you and offer a suitable alternative. If no reasonable alternative is accepted, we will refund the affected prepaid service amount, subject to any work already completed or approved non-refundable third-party costs.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
